Grant also checked in multiple times after the sale was made to make sure we were happy with everything. I will definitely request to work with Grant in the future if my wife and I are looking to get another Hyundai.

We were looking for an Elantra for our son. Having been to the other Hyundai places in the area we decided to try Country Hyundai of Northampton. So glad we did. We were greeted by Grant Clark when we arrived. He was very friendly and fantastic to work with. He knew everything about the car we were looking at and even about the one our son really wanted to get that was not in the price range. Worked with Grant start to finish and could not be happier. He was always quick to respond whenever we had questions even after we signed all the paperwork. Upon getting the car home we noticed a small dent and a knick in the vehicle that we overlooked when we picked it up. Grant helped us get scheduled with their dent specialist who took care of them both. Could not happier with our experience at Country Hyundai of Northampton but it was Grant that made the experience top notch! We will definitely be back to see him again when it’s time for another vehicle.

I had a great experience with Country Hyundai of Northampton, MA! I purchased a used 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe, and from start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. I first saw the car on a Sunday, came back Monday to finalize everything, and within a week the paperwork was complete. Even though I live in New York—about 104 miles away—this dealership made the entire process worth it. Grant Church, my sales associate, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kept me informed every step of the way. He made sure all my questions were answered and stayed in touch throughout the process. To make things even more convenient, they handled the DMV registration and delivered the car right to my door—a huge plus! If you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle, definitely check them out. They have a solid inventory and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Very happy with my new Hyundai Kona Limited (the VERY green/yellow fluorescent highlighter colored one). The sticker says 26 MPG combined - 31 highway. This weekend I drove to Brooklyn from Greenfield MA... 41 MPG. IDK, maybe I just drive better than anyone else :-). Easy experience with Eli in sales and everyone else through the process. We love the car.
