First complimentary oil change and tire rotation
I am not satisfied with my service. I have an electric car. I dont need oil changes every 3 months (5000 miles). I just need a tire rotaion and general inspection. My tire rotations are covered in my service plan. Every time I bring my car in, I request the complimentary car wash and charge of my EV. Every time, I have been charged for the tire rotation. Great service. Great people. Having an issue getting the title for my car, which caused me the keep and pay my rental 2 extra days. I missed time at work as well. They did agree to pay for a day for my rental and offered to give me a loaner car so I wouldn't have to pay more money for a rental. But I will have to wait for the title to come in, which means I'll have to miss more time at work. I wish this process was a little easier and convenient.

This past October (2024) my partners daughter purchased a used car here and was told all service had been done on the vehicle including an a fresh oil change. Within 30 days her oil light came on for low oil, I went to check the oil and saw on the oil filter it was last changed October 2023 (it was written on the filter). Country Hyundai salesperson Alex Mann is a fabulous salesperson who answered all of my questions, as I was buying a used hybrid car from him, while selling my own car privately. He directed me to the right people at Country Hyundai, when needed, and he coordinated my plate transfer and registration at my insurer Webber & Grinnell insurance company. He was accessible during the day and on weekends in assisting me, as he shared his personal cell number with me. This place could have gotten 5 stars. Why? Because the people are all really nice. They are welcoming and there’s no high pressure sales (at least not with Jake). This puts it miles ahead of a lot of dealerships.

Great dealership and really friendly team. I worked with Alexander Mullan, who was super friendly and always eager to please. We bought an Ionic 5 under the special lease deal during Thanksgiving 2024. My only minor complaint is that the dealership was so popular that it was hard to find parking in front. Maybe they could move a few cars back to leave enough spaces for customers? The first time I wanted to go in, there wasn't a single spot, so I didn't bother. But they have great cars and great people, so I'm glad I came back!
