Super quick process working with Amir from sales. Was patient and attentive. **THE ONLY REVIEW YOU NEED ABOUT COUNTRY HYUNDAI** So this is going to be somewhat of a long review, but I feel like you need the whole story. Last year I decided to buy my first ever brand new car. I was going with a 2024 Santa Fe. I did my shopping. I started with my first offer at Country Hyundai. After going to 8 different dealerships Country gave me the best deal for the same exact car. First of the great things I have to say. Well 3 months and about 3200 miles into the car the transmission went on the car. Obviously not the fault of the dealership as the car was produced in Alabama and not all cars are perfect. So, after dropping odd the car they told me because they were having issues with so many of these vehicles around the country that the transmissions were on back order. Without hesitation they gave me a loaner vehicles for 4 months. Never once saying they needed the vehicle back. I got my vehicle back with a new transmission and all was great. Until I hit 10k miles on the car and guess what? Another faulty transmission. Again, not the dealerships fault. But yet once again the manufacturers problem. This time I decided I wanted out of the vehicle as it was now considered a lemon. I began the buyback process on my car and yet again Country gave me a loaner car for 3 months. Best part.... not 1 phone call asking to return the car until my buyout was completely done which took about 3 and a half months. So to make a short story long nothing but great things to say about the staff a Country Hyundai Felix in the service department was 100% professional and accommodating and would recommend them to everyone. Staff eventually move the cars and use the charging pass to charge my car. Then, I wait approx one hour for the charge to complete. I don’t think your company really wants to give “complimentary” perks. Either your service department does not Value EV car owners or they are disorganized and need to do better.

We went to Country Hyundai hoping to purchase our first all EV vehicle, an ioniq 5. We were not disappointed! Jack greeted us and did a great job of introducing us to the vehicle and technology. Ashley made the finances understandable. We are now enjoying the vehicle after what was a very smooth process from our initial visit through driving our new car off the lot. Thank you.

Great service. Great people. Having an issue getting the title for my car, which caused me the keep and pay my rental 2 extra days. I missed time at work as well. They did agree to pay for a day for my rental and offered to give me a loaner car so I wouldn't have to pay more money for a rental. But I will have to wait for the title to come in, which means I'll have to miss more time at work. I wish this process was a little easier and convenient.

Melissa Thomas is one of, or should I say the best sales person I’ve dealt with at the Country Hyundai. In the past 2 months we have leased a Ioniq5 in November with my daughter and purchased a new Tucson hybrid for myself this past week. Both times with a 4 yr old in tow which she kept entertained while helping us select the right car that was right for each of us. We will definitely be going back to see Melissa in a few months when my husband’s lease is up, for another lease. That will make 5 Hyundai’s in 3 years. A shout out to Mike P too. This past October (2024) my partners daughter purchased a used car here and was told all service had been done on the vehicle including an a fresh oil change. Within 30 days her oil light came on for low oil, I went to check the oil and saw on the oil filter it was last changed October 2023 (it was written on the filter). They NEVER changed the oil and on top of this I was told by an independent garage that the oil plug was stripped and over tightened. I put in multiple calls to Country Hyundai to both their sales director and service manager, neither answers their phone and their voice mail boxes are full so you can not leave a message. I would avoid this dealership as they are dishonest and do not support their customers or the vehicles they sell. I have changed my rating to 3 stars, it would be 4 stars, but I did need to persist to get a reply. Country Hyundai did come through and serviced the car as it should have been done in the first place. I thank Peter in sales for keeping his word and the service department for following through.

Went here to check them out because they offered better pricing online than other dealers in the area. Ultimately leased a car from them because the people were awesome, Jack and Anissa took great care of me!

Jack Coach was great to work with as we purchased our new Hyundai Elantra. He made the process practically effortless. Jack communicated clearly, answering all our questions. Country Hyundai salesperson Alex Mann is a fabulous salesperson who answered all of my questions, as I was buying a used hybrid car from him, while selling my own car privately. He directed me to the right people at Country Hyundai, when needed, and he coordinated my plate transfer and registration at my insurer Webber & Grinnell insurance company. He was accessible during the day and on weekends in assisting me, as he shared his personal cell number with me. I highly recommend Alex and Country Hyundai to anyone looking for a new or used automobile.

This place could have gotten 5 stars. Why? Because the people are all really nice. They are welcoming and there’s no high pressure sales (at least not with Jake). This puts it miles ahead of a lot of dealerships. The problem is in the paperwork. Every step of the way was marred with screw ups on the paperwork, before I bought, when I bought, and after I bought. Everyone was TRYING to do good job. Which tells me there’s a process management issue. These are the kinds of problems that can be solved with basic management - standard operating procedure, checklists, etc. They always came through in the end. But it would have been nice to get there in less time and with less agita.

I just bought a car this morning and throughout the process Jack has been nothing but wonderful. He was very patient, gracious and kind. He did everything he could to help me. He was the best dressed salesman and had an amazing personality! You have an absolutely amazing person on your staff! Everyone should buy their cars with him. Edit: Unfortunately an old lady hit me and totaled the car I bought in December. But I turned right to Jack and he helped me get another car that is just as amazing. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone.

Great dealership and really friendly team. I worked with Alexander Mullan, who was super friendly and always eager to please. We bought an Ionic 5 under the special lease deal during Thanksgiving 2024. My only minor complaint is that the dealership was so popular that it was hard to find parking in front. Maybe they could move a few cars back to leave enough spaces for customers? The first time I wanted to go in, there wasn't a single spot, so I didn't bother. But they have great cars and great people, so I'm glad I came back!
