Decided to shop outside of outside of the berkshires after some disappointing experiences here and I'm glad we did. I saw the vehicle I wanted, called to verify it was available, and an hour later I was on my way to see it. When we arrived Jake had it backed up to the front door and within a few minutes we were test driving it. We signed the papers Friday night and by Monday the car was detailed, inspected, and ready to go. Absolutely 0 pressure, excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, the dealership is beautiful, and Jake set the bar way too high to go anywhere else. Highly recommended. **THE ONLY REVIEW YOU NEED ABOUT COUNTRY HYUNDAI** So this is going to be somewhat of a long review, but I feel like you need the whole story. Last year I decided to buy my first ever brand new car. I was going with a 2024 Santa Fe. I did my shopping. I started with my first offer at Country Hyundai. After going to 8 different dealerships Country gave me the best deal for the same exact car. First of the great things I have to say. Well 3 months and about 3200 miles into the car the transmission went on the car. Obviously not the fault of the dealership as the car was produced in Alabama and not all cars are perfect. So, after dropping odd the car they told me because they were having issues with so many of these vehicles around the country that the transmissions were on back order. Without hesitation they gave me a loaner vehicles for 4 months. Never once saying they needed the vehicle back. I got my vehicle back with a new transmission and all was great. Until I hit 10k miles on the car and guess what? Another faulty transmission. Again, not the dealerships fault. But yet once again the manufacturers problem. This time I decided I wanted out of the vehicle as it was now considered a lemon. I began the buyback process on my car and yet again Country gave me a loaner car for 3 months. Best part.... not 1 phone call asking to return the car until my buyout was completely done which took about 3 and a half months. So to make a short story long nothing but great things to say about the staff a Country Hyundai Felix in the service department was 100% professional and accommodating and would recommend them to everyone. Country Hyundai in Northampton really took care of me! Grant was amazing, I highly recommend him for sure! I ended up going with a 2025 Sonata and I absolutely love it. A smooth ride that’s packed with some awesome safety features. You definitely won’t regret going here-they are fair with you. Just go for it.

First complimentary oil change and tire rotation

I am not satisfied with my service. I have an electric car. I dont need oil changes every 3 months (5000 miles). I just need a tire rotaion and general inspection. My tire rotations are covered in my service plan. Every time I bring my car in, I request the complimentary car wash and charge of my EV. Every time, I have been charged for the tire rotation. Every time, I point out that it is covered. After checking my account, the service person removed the charge. Every time, when asking if the complimentary car wash and charge has been completed. It has not been. Each time I wait another 30 min for it to be completed, after the service department has had my vehicle all morning and most of the afternoon. This last time, I was basically ignored when I asked about the complimentary EV charge. Every time i try to use the level 3 chargepoint EV charger, it is blocked by cars from the service department. Staff eventually move the cars and use the charging pass to charge my car. Then, I wait approx one hour for the charge to complete. I don’t think your company really wants to give “complimentary” perks. Either your service department does not Value EV car owners or they are disorganized and need to do better.

We went to Country Hyundai hoping to purchase our first all EV vehicle, an ioniq 5. We were not disappointed! Jack greeted us and did a great job of introducing us to the vehicle and technology. Ashley made the finances understandable. We are now enjoying the vehicle after what was a very smooth process from our initial visit through driving our new car off the lot. Thank you.
