I don’t recommend Hyundai to any body it is my advice after 3 years experience I get a brand new car Elantra 2022 and October 2024 the navigator and the radio system randomly stops and the lights inside the and God saves us from accidents because of that few times and we visit the dealer 3 times to ask them to fix it they said we can’t it is not problem to drive it like that 3 times they don’t know how to fix and the 4 th time they refuse to take it s we we ask to return it but they said no you can’t return it you have to finish the deal but something wrong with the car they said no and that’s no fair how can we do we pay monthly payments for nothing please be careful before you buy or lease a car from them the dealer I deal with La Quinta CA

Great modern looking dealership and a friendly environment. Many great amenities like coffee and hot chocolate and a nice waiting room with a Pac-Man arcade game. Really makes you feel comfortable. I had the great pleasure of spending most of my time at the dealership with Jack Coach who was extremely personable and provided me with a seamless car buying experience and some really great conversations! I know sales reps get commission for selling me a car but the pleasure was truly all mine. I will definitely be coming back to this dealership in the future for future car buying if not just to hang out with all the great people who work at Country Hyundai.

BUYING USED? HIGHLY RECOMMEND FINDING ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. Recently purchased a used 2016 Equinox from this dealership, and boy what a terrible experience. Waited a little over a week before my vehicle was ready due to the need for inspection and preparation. This is fine, but when we got the vehicle, not even 48 hours later we have check engine lights with lean fuel and MAF codes. Not only that but the engine hesitates to turn off after the key is turned off. We find it a bit hard to believe this went unnoticed by the technicians. Also, we left the lot with 0 functional tire pressure monitoring sensors, more of an inconvenience than critical function, but overall this experience was very sloppy. I recommend if you are not buying a new car, maybe check out Balise in Ludlow. My husband purchased a Buick from them a few years ago with much friendlier and easy-to-work-with staff, no issues with the vehicle when driving off the lot or for years after, and financed at a solid rate.
